Today's course only half day, but it was fun and really really really tiring. Had to wear the fireman full equips and finish a maze, which is like those children in those cage with many plastic balls and fun stuff. It was in the dark and no air con. The suit really burns u inside, perspiring like never before. Panting hard and trying to crawl through, unsure when the oxygen tank is gonna be empty.
Fortunate enough to have trained hard before this, had to do some stuff which requires quite a lot of my strength. But overall it was fun lol. Imagine when there is a fire, those firefighters would really perspire bad until their uniforms are all wet. It felt like having a shower after taking those eqpts out.
Sprained my wrist shortly after spraining left knee. Sprain my brain.
Sadly, had to book in later.
